About this call

This call brings together players who want to develop their ensemble experience through a serious, continuous, and collaborative rehearsal process. The aim is to shape a committed orchestral group whose members work together on responsive listening, coordination, rehearsal discipline, string repertoire, and preparation for ensemble performances.

The project is centred on active participation, learning through rehearsal, and collective musical growth, creating an experience that is focused, rewarding, and close to a professional working environment. Applications will be reviewed before selected players are contacted for an introductory conversation and, where useful, a short playing assessment. Previous orchestral experience is welcome but not mandatory; preparation, motivation, reliability, and a collaborative attitude are central.

Schedule and rehearsal venue

Rehearsals will begin once a viable number of eligible players has been reached. The final day and time will be coordinated with accepted members.

Rehearsal location

Rehearsals will take place in Karaj. The exact venue will be shared with accepted members once the ensemble is confirmed.
